Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With original tags and labels attached
  • In original packaging when possible
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel (unless defective)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Gift cards

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at newcasual@gmail.com with your order number
  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions
  3. Package the item securely and ship it to the provided address
  4. Include the return authorization form in your package

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will process your refund within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made an error
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at newcasual@gmail.com with photos of the defect or damage. We will provide a prepaid return label and process a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

7. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label and send you the correct item or process a full refund.

8. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective item, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

9. International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. Please ensure items are properly declared for customs purposes.
